Bon emplacement à proximité du tram. Vieux Nice à pieds. Actuellement des travaux de destruction en face rendent les chambres côté rue un peu bruyante (poussière également ). L’ensemble commence a être un peu vétuste bien que l’on sente un effort d’entretien.

호텔에 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져있습니다. 주요관광지와도 가깝고 해변과도 가까워서 좋습니다. 주위에 아시안마트도 있어서 편리했습니다. 스텦분들도 친절합니다. 호텔과 아파트의 편리성을 겸비하고 있습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

The most helpful and kind staff. This is my second time staying here and hopefully not my last. I highly recommend. Location- close to old city, marché, promenade des Anglais, tramway, supermarché; Comfortable bed.

Nice hotel, with it's own affordable parking place. Not far from the train station, from where you can go anywhere on the French Riviera. Recommended.

The hotel is situated near the Nisa Old Town, which makes it a good place for those who want to visit on foot. The hotel facilities are good.

Скромный апарт-отель в центре Ниццы, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от площади Гарибальди. В номерах есть все необходимое, но без излишеств. При заселении берут депозит в размере 50 евро (блокируют на карте или принимают наличными).

Nice apartment with kitchenette. Keep the kitchenette clean and dishes washed or you’ll be charged a cleaning fee according to the card on the counter, which I nearly missed. Nice little touches in the room. And lemon water in the lobby. Has a roof top pool. Can walk to most places of interest. But in Nice buying a 24h transport card can save a lot of time, and gets you to the Matisse art museum and Roman ruins at the hilltop. Careful with data roaming in Monaco, it may feel like a part of France, the Nice bus service even gets you there but it isn’t. Check that your telco has an arrangement with a Monaco telco.

Good location. It has all the basic amenities. One issue. In the picture and booking confirmation, we booked a queen size bed which they confirmed. When we reach there to our surprise they gave us two small bed. I informed them and requested for a change. They did not accept. I did not liked it. Be cautious when booking and do not rely on their call centre. They do know what they are speaking. The call centre told me I need to be at the hotel to be able a parking and they do not accept reservation. At the hotel, they told me parking is only on reservation
