寧平隱世魅力酒店度假村 (Ninh Binh Hidden Charm Hotel & Resort)

We arranged private transport from Hanoi hotel to Hidden Charm and the transport was punctual (early in fact). Driver was focused and safe. Check-in at Hidden Charm was a breeze, they served a citrusy warm drink that I enjoyed. Front desk customer service personnel were proactive in suggesting sightseeing spots at Ninh Binh when we asked for suggestions. Breakfast buffet was pretty standard with western bread options and Asian pho, fried rice etc. Location wise, Hidden Charm is very near the Tam Coc boat ticket booth and also offers bicycles for us to cycle to Mua Caves and where the Lying Dragon was. At the entrance to Mua Cave, there will be people trying to get you to park your bikes for a fee, typically 5k VND per bike but we found one close to entrance and charged 2k VND per bike. Our room was at the 7th floor and comes with a expansive view. The bed was comfortable and not too soft. There was also a bath tub for me to enjoy. At the end of 永安, the hotel staff arranged for private transport to the Noi Bai airport at my request. Again, driver was early and ride was smooth. I enjoyed my stay at Hidden Charm and would recommend to anyone who wish to stay in a clean hotel with excellent service.

The staff were very courteous and went our of their way to tell us about the highlights of Ninh Binh (places of interest and food). The room were very spacious and clean although it felt a bit warm as we couldn’t turn down the thermostat. Breakfast was excellent, there were many choices although we couldn’t eat much.

Great hotel with friendly and approachable staff It's situated just next to Tam Coc tourist area. Highly recommended.

A true 5 star hotel, in feel look and service, had an amazing time, the staff was super nice and helpful and seems like one of the best places to stay in the area, close to all the main restaurants and attractions, cant wait to visit again. Thank you!

Impeccable service especially the hotel Manager Dao, warm & friendly, she shared with us tips to get around and helped us to booked our transportation back to Hanoi. The hotel is clean and breakfast is really delicious, their spring rolls & pho are the best I have tried in Vietnam. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we are grateful that everyone in this hotel going the extra miles to make us feel welcomed. Highly highly recommend.

인테리어 아름답습니다. 천정이 조금 낮아서 로비가 약간 번잡하게 느껴질 수 있습니다. 4.5성급 정도라 보여집니다. 유지하는게 어려운 문제 같습니다. 청소는 재교육이 필요해 보입니다. 직원분들 매우 친절합니다. 조식부페는 적당합니다. 가짓수 많지 않고 비싼 식재료 없지만 맛있고 신선해서 저는 그편이 좋았습니다. 수영장 작아도 시설 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만, 고객들에게 입수 전 샤워 안내가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 헬스장 시설 나쁘지 않은데, 역시 청소가 많이 미흡합니다. 이용객이 많지 않아 평소 에어컨을 끄고 문을 여는 모양인데 그러다보니 먼지가 좀 앉아 있습니다. 곤충도 가끔 보이고요. 창이 크게 있어서 창 밖 풀만 좀 정리해 주면 뷰가 좋을 것 같습니다. 제가 묵은 7층 방에서 산 전망이 아주 예뻤고, 침대 푹신하고 시트 깨끗했고, 욕조 있어요. 화장실 문 꼭 닫히는 형, 욕조 창 로만쉐이드 있음. 청소 상태는 역시 미흡합니다. 2층 라운지 운영이 없어서 조금 아쉬웠어요. 야외 바 운영한다는데, 더운 여름 날에는 이용 불가입니다. 룸서비스 안 먹어봤지만 가격 저렴하고, 레스토랑에서 염소고기볶음 시켜봤는데, 제 입맛에는 레몬그라스가 지나치게 많았지만 양 푸짐하고 맛있었습니다. The interior is beautiful. The ceiling is a bit low so the lobby can be felt a bit crowded. It looks 4.5 star level hotel to me. It seems to have a difficulty in maintaining. Cleaning seems to require retraining. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is decent. There are not many kinds and there are not expensive ingredients, but they are delicious and fresh, so I liked that way more. Although the swimming pool is small, the facilities are not bad. However, it was a little disappointing that there were no shower instructions for customers before entering the pool. The gym facilities are not bad, but the cleanliness is also very poor. There aren't many users, so it seems like they usually turn off the air conditioner and open the door, but that's why there's a bit of dust sitting there. Insects are also occasionally seen. There is a large window, so if you tidy up the grass outside the window, the view will be good. The mountain view from the room I stayed on the 7th floor was very pretty, the bed was soft, the sheets were clean, and there was a bathtub. The bathroom door closes tightly, and the bathtub window has a Roman shade. The cleanliness is also poor. It was a little disappointing that there was no lounge on the 2nd floor. There is an outdoor bar, but it is difficult to sit outside on hot summer days. I haven't tried room service, but the price is really good. I tried the goat meat stir-fry at the restauran. The amount generous and tastes delicious even though there was too much lemongrass for my taste.
