南道頓堀難波酒店 (S-Dotonbori Hotel Namba - Self Check-in Only)

We didnt get the right code to access to the unit, fortunately we met some other tenants in front of the elevator and told us that he got email on the day he checked in which we never received any. The only thing we received days before was the booking confirmation email with a 4digit code which we thought it was the access code. After being stranded for hours and we tried to contact 永安, finally we received the email with complete instructions. I brought kids and old folks and it was raining on that day, there were noone to help and no seats for waiting. And it was the day after long flights we took from overseas. Well we wont come back or recommend anyone to this hotel though it has a good location and the unit is considered clean and complete amenities.
