Il y avait deux déjeuner inclus dans la location selon l offre sur 永安 mais l hôtel n offre pas ce déjeuner vraiment décevant quand tu crois pouvoir en profiter le matin vous allez devoir ajuster cette offre pcq pour nous c'est ce qui nous avais fait faire le choix de cette hôtel

we stayed for 3 nites was not given clean towels daily nor coffee and cups etc for room had to keep asking There were groups for a national volleyball tourny, twice on Sat nite early sund morning the fire dept had to be called twice because someone on the 3rd floor was party so hard and smoking they sent the smoke alarms off, our team had a total of 3 hours sleep and lost their first games due to this and were eliminated not acceptable these people should have been kicked out after the first time not impressed at all

永安 was a carry over from the last 永安. I booked right there when I was checking in for my first stay. Mariam was great!! She helped me the next morning get the room sorted out, as the third party booked with using my last name first instead of how they first booked. She was also able to let me stay in the same room instead of having to change rooms for one more night. She was a gem to work with!! She is definitely a staff that anyone would want!!! Pleasant friendly happy and patient!! All the staff were friendly and helpful and not afraid to chat with you. Your team is awesome and I would definitely stay there again if coming back. Only downfall is no swimming pool which is what my young kids high light is of a hotel stay. When traveling alone..this would be my go to hotel!

The hotel and service were great. The check-in receptionist was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I also had an opportunity to meet a couple of the cleaning/service staff in the hall and they were so friendly and nice. These two young guys had a great attitude. It couldn't help but brighten your day. Our room was very clean and modern. Nice furniture and bedding. All in all this was a great pick for our mini vacation in Ottawa.

At first I was a little shocked by the smell as I got in and seeing kids running everywhere in the hotel. The staff was super nice and the room was very clean. Great location
