For any type of traveler, I don’t recommend this place. It says here in 永安 that they do have a second floor. I booked and paid extra 800pesos to avail the ‘second floor’ displayed on their post here but when I get there, the front desk advised they don’t have second floor. Only ground floor. Their gates close at 10pm-12midnight (this is okay btw). When you get back at any time before morning (12md-6am) people there are hard to converse with. They’ll tell you they can’t let you in because of their loose dog. How would a guest feel that as a receiving end?. Also upon checking out, FD called at 12noon, telling for us to ‘come out’ of the room. I asked if we can extend for 30mins because I was in the cr doing toilet. But she advised it’s their protocol and there’s a guest waiting next to be checked in at 1pm. I waited until 1pm, there were no people checking in. Take note, they had more than two vacant rooms! That chubby girl in front desk. I was just asking for a little consideration given my situation. (Also I checked in late. That was past 5pm yesterday). I don’t need for people to support my side. I’m leaving a review of how my experience was at this place. What they post here in 永安 is misleading. Other photos / features they present don’t exist and unable to service the guest. That’s all. This is just disappointing and VERY misleading.

Было все очень хорошо, прекрасное место, все вокруг красиво, сад, бассейн, бар возле бассейна. Номер просторный, все есть, единственно вода и лапша за деньги. Очень хорошо, что можно за все расплатится картой, даже российской UnionPay. Рекомендую

The place is located close to town and the airport, perfect for a night or two when transiting to El nido, they have a nice pool that you can use until 10:30,the place is quiet and hotel service helps with finding you transportation. We slept there to and from El nido. Recommend you try it out.

Suitable for all sorts of travelers. No WiFi in the rooms upstairs. Food and drinks are on point . Swimming pool is very nice. It’s quirky but great for relaxing ☺️ staff is awesome!!

Место довольно интересное. Очень много зелени, растений, цветов в отеле. Также вокруг разные резные фигуры из дерева и не только, очень интересно было погулять по территории. Небольшой и неглубокий бассейн, есть бар при бассейне. Там можно заказать что-либо по меню, цены средние, готовят вкусно. Недорогое пиво, кстати, можно взять по акции. Сам отель не новый, немного уставший, хотя чистоту там поддерживают, но видимо не всё успевают. Номер просторный, с кондиционером, телевизором. В принципе нас устроило, рекомендую.

The kids really enjoyed the pool. It was really a good place to stay with your family. Staffs have been very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

距離城區有點遠，門口的路有積水，但這和酒店的品質比起來不重要。酒店房間非常温馨，房間很大，老闆佈置了很多漂亮的木雕在院子周圍，院子中央有個大大的泳池。還有個樹林中的咖啡吧。酒店有吃飯的餐廳。出行可以讓酒店預訂三輪車。住的舒適方便。

櫃枱人員超級棒，抵達的當天晚上我們不知道如何租車去El Nido. 她們馬上幫我們安排車隔天早上出發，真的幫忙很大，房間也很大。下次來還會選擇住這裡！
