PLEASE READ Cleanliness-there was a towel left in our room, quite stinky to add (smells like rotten curry) Location-only good if you’ll stay within Puerto Princesa, this is 4-5 hours away from El nido and another 4-5 hours to Coron. Transportation needs to be pre-booked at least hours in advance, and transportation is always an hour late Service-and the most important one, for local travelers, be WARNED, this specific hotel prioritizes FOREIGNERS, there was an instance where we we’re paying for the hotel food under our room tab then a foreigner arrived, they left us unattended and blatantly focused their attention to the recently arrived guest, if we didn’t speak up nothing will happen, lastly, we almost missed our flight, since the kind lady “FORGOT” to inform the driver despite telling her multiple times to book a taxi for us early in the morning, good thing my friend took the guys’s number. Amenity-not sure when was the last time they filtered the water, there are floating frogs

部屋は綺麗でした。レストランやショッピングができるエリアまでは徒歩15分程かかります。ただ、ホテルの前にバイタクがほぼ常駐してるので問題ないです。ドライバーとWhatsAppを交換しておけばいつでも呼べます。部屋のエアコンが寒すぎてリモコンもなかったので、フロントに問い合わせたところ、後で連絡すると言われましたが連絡がないままチェックアウトまで変わらなかったのでそこだけ殘念でした。

Не рекомендую, даже на 1 ночь... вода холодная, из душа 3 струйки, не помыться вообще, кровать с паралоновым матрасом, слышимость 100%, кондей работает как ракета. Даже фотографировать не захотелось))

Great resort hotel, very chill and relaxing atmosphere. However, this resort has mini potentials if staff pay more attention to their guests butvsone regularlyon their phones, swimming pool is cleaned regularly, and tottub actually warm or hot. Also, we ordered watermelon smootie and smelled like onion. Same happened when tasted morning fresh fruit. I politely told them about that to pay attention as it's an awesome place but can be much better. Lastly, breakfast included is only limited to one item of breakfast menu which is not clearly specified upon booking..clarity is important..thank you! Abraham.. Canada with love fir better service.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The pool was great, the property was quite nice and the atmosphere of the trees and lights was very relaxing at night. It was worth the stay!

2 Bedienstete fuer 25 Unterkuenfte sind auch in der Nebensaisong nicht ausreichend! Die beiden gaben ihr Bestes, aber auch bei 16 Std-Arbeitstagen kann mit 2 Pers. kein Resort betrieben und gewartet werden. entsprechend desolat ist die gesamte Anlage. Selbst bei Niedrigstpreisangeboten nicht empfehlenswert! 2 employees for 25 rooms are not enough even in the low season! The two gave their best, but even with 16 hour working days, 2 people cannot operate and maintain a resort. The entire facility is correspondingly desolate. Even with the lowest price offers not recommended!
