I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times owing to the warm welcome, size of rooms for a Parisian hotel and moreover the fantastic location. A couple of *******, however, on this 永安 - I arrived late having travelling from the other side of the world only to have no key access (and quite a bit of disturbance when I wanted to sleep…knocking on door for a replacement key after midnight…). Also the room wasn’t topped up with amenities once cleaned…towels / coffee capsules / even the bathroom. All sorted very quick but housekeeping lady was a little too forward in wanting to come and sort as I was getting ready…! I was literally in my towel. Minor but important to raise as the hotel is not the cheapest and these are quick wins. Rest of the stay great.

This is my second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint again! A superbly priced hotel in pretty much walking distance of most attractions. Staff unbelievably helpful…I’ve rebooked for a couple of months time!
