酒店位置方便，有幾條鐵路線直達，去景點同北站都好近，十幾二十分鐘左右。但酒店房間十分細，設施舊，但clean

The receptionist promised us that they will swap our room with another one two days later when we checked in, saying that the room on the 6th floor was the only room they had, yet when we asked for that two days later, another receptionist said the hotel was fully booked and they could not offer us a change before we check out. I asked if there would be rooms available after people had checked out, and she said no. However, at night on the same day, when we asked a young male receptionist the same thing again, at first he said the hotel was fully booked but after a while he was kind enough to give us a room to change after listening to our problems in the room. The service attitude of the receptionist definitely needs to be improved except for the young male receptionist. Not a pleasant stay overall

The hotel room was different from the photos we saw on 永安, except the bathroom. The room filled with air of men's sweaty smelly nose, I barely slept at night as I'm quite sensitive to scent. I would recommend 永安 to have a field 永安 to verify if the hotel looks exactly the same as the photos provided. Reception was good, he could find my booking just with my name. Location is convenient, very close to Montparnasse train station.
