Room is clean but Housekeeping is speechless …. We specifically tipped and ask to clean up the room but to our horror when we get back in the evening. Nothing was done not even the rubbish is thrown. Other den that … all is good except parking about far so not very convenient for ppl with disabilities

It is a cozy business type hotel at city center district, with most required facilities but in a limited space at a reasonable price. Fit with what we needed as we were travelling out most of time.

離火車站走路大約10-12分鐘，位置ok, 實際拿到的房型跟網上預訂的照片看起來有落差，可能因為這間的窗比較小，房間不夠光亮。廁所很大。

Good location with easy access everywhere, but room cleanliness and service not really up to par for a supposed four star hotel. Design of the shower/drain also causes some flooding in the toilet. Things like bottled water are chargeable; toothbrush wasn’t provided. Okay for a quick stay if you’re not too fussy

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis, beberapa meter jaraknya dari free bus, hanya 1 stasiun dari outlet mall, walking distance dengan keramaian murray street, hay street dan sekitarnya. Saya menginap selama 6 malam dan mendapat pengalaman yg menyenangkan. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari. Kamar mandi luar biasa bersih. Luas kamar cukup besar. Hanya kekurangannya tidak disediakan air mineral botol dalam kamar. Tidak mencoba restoran di hotel ini karena banyaknya tempat makan di sekitar.
