I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and never stay here. When I went to check in they could not find my reservation (which I made through 永安) and it look over 40 minutes to be able to check in. The hotel room was not clean and they require that you call the front desk every morning before 10:30 am to get your room cleaned which is ridiculous they should just ask you once at check in if you want your room cleaned. After my stay I was double charged for the room (which I had prepayed) and they have not been helpful on getting a refund so far, transferring me around and telling me they will call me back and not calling me back when they said they would. I have resorted to contacting my credit card company for a charge back. I would suggest paying a bit more and going to a nicer hotel in Philadelphia.

Excellent location. Very easy to walk anywhere. A bit of a small room but good for 1 or 2 people. Room is not sound proof at all, heard next door chit chatting late at night.
