Lovely and very helpful staff. Close to the river. In the middle of a very 'lively' area, which can be a little noisy late on (if that bothers you). Would book again.

Dans cet hôtel il est très difficile d'obtenir la chambre qu'on a réservé ! Donc la suite junior se transforme en une petite chambre au 2ème étage avec 1 "balcon" d'un mètre carré occupé au 2/3 par 2 moteurs de clim. Wifi inexistant.

The location is OK. The bed is fairly soft. The hotel really needs to upgrade their wifi as it runs at like 1.5 mbps which in this day and age is absolutely horrible, refurbish the interior, service air-cons, buy new bedding. Hotel has potential, but management just lets it run itself. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. If you just need a place to sleep and don’t plan to spend time at the hotel, it’s sufficient. Just make sure the air con in your room actually works.

Smelly and not clean. No customer service at all. One guy at reception in his very casual clothing and do not speak English. From receiption I can smell the old, mold . The room is very very small. I had problem with air conditioning and fridge. Very big noise of air-conditioning and he showed me other room but they are the same No phone in the room

空調一直在滴水，整個晚上都在抗洪救災，永安訂的酒店不知是不是折扣大了點，不是第一次碰到這樣那樣的問題了

The room was so small and it was not clean I found a ********** on the mattress, they did not change the sheet and I still smell people on the sheet. Sorry was a horrible stay 🥹🥹🥹
