RS住宿加早餐旅館 (RS Guesthouse)

Location is closed to royal palace. 24 hr Marts are very near,5 minutes walk to Mekong river side and closed to river cruise terminal. Room are not cleaned enough. Smelt moulded and dusty. Staff are helpful and nice.

The room was listed as being on the 2nd floor, this was untrue. It should also be known that when you enter their lobby (the back of the convenience store), that is Level G, after a half-flight of stairs (about 9 steps), you will be on Level L Then, after a full-flight of stairs, you will be on the 1st floor, and so on. My room was on the 3rd floor (that is, 1/2 floor + 4 floors of stairs), there is NO LIFT/ELEVATOR. When I explained that the website says 2nd floor, they would not change me to the 2nd floor, they said "your room is on the 3rd floor". They did help me carry one of my bags up the stairs (4 1/2 floors) to the "3rd floor". They do have rooms on the 2nd floor but they are not listed on 永安. I do not recommend this hotel to those who are tired, aged, disabled, or have lots of bags to carry up, or who plan to come and go from the hotel a lot. Also, the air-conditioner is under-powered for that room for quick-cooling -- it took about 3 hours for the room to get cooled-down, that's almost half the night, but it did finally cool the room. All that said, the room itself was fine, and it is nice to have a convenience store as the lobby for getting cool water and such, because there is no frig in the room. It had both a tub bath and a separate shower - nice. It is in a good location that is close to many restaurants, the river, etc. and the price is good for that.

Terrible. The rooms stink of mould we had to change room. Blood on walls disgusting damp smell and we saw a rat

C'est un hôtel simple mais efficace, il est bien situé, calme et le personnel est sympa malgré mon arrivée tardive .

Alors la chambre est très bien, mais je suis au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. La chambre est correcte et très propre.

Orribile stanza con.muffa alle pareti e tappezzeria strappata, odore persistente anche per mancanza di finestre. Trattati con indifferenza e scortesi, si entra nel market senza alcuna accoglienza e ti portano sopra incuranti delle osservazioni: un asciugamano in due, no doccia schiuma, presa elettrica scassata. 永安 con il suo tempestivo e solerte ufficio clienti, grazie al sig. CRISTIAN, ci ha prestato ascolto e ha tentato inutilmente di contattare la struttura. Siamo comunque stati parzialmente rimborsati per la pessima situazione.

來回都住在這家酒店，店員非常友好，房間乾淨衞生，關鍵是位置極佳，出門就是大皇宮和博物館，晚上吃完飯去看看大皇宮夜景不用打車，溜達兩分鐘就到了，非常方便！

周邊是金邊的旅遊景點，不錯，離市場不遠，也較好解決我吃飯難問題

金邊繁華區最值得入住的酒店，衞生乾淨，前台服務態度非常好

性價比很好
