B E S T VILLA IN THAILAND I wanted to surprise my partner and contacted them beforehand, they did such an amazing job and decorated everything so beautifully!!! When we checked out, we accidentally left two of our clothing items at the villa and under the storm with such a big rain, their staff called the receptionist and RAN towards our car from our villa to give us back, you guys are incredible and I really appreciate everything !!! I believe this is a true 5** villa !!! (perfect housing amenities and services!)❤️ Love it !!! P.S. they have a beautiful sunset 🌅😍😇

My mother and her partner stayed in the villa from 17-20th Oct and this is their review Pros: 1) Spacious and comfortable pool villa with Jacuzzi tub! 2) Full kitchenette and fridge! 3) Nice small lap pool! 4) SMART TV in the living room 5) Friendly staff - our microwave wasn't working and they replaced it with a new one within 10mins! 6) Quiet location - there were noises at night but the room was soundproof once you close all the doors! All the glass doors to the pool had a net to it which was helpful in keeping bugs away! 7) Washing machine - we went to the beach thus our clothes were all sandy and wet and we were able to wash it thanks to the handy washing machine in the room next to the porch! Cons: 1) Location is slightly far from touristy attractions like Old Phuket Town etc. About 30-40mins grab ride 2) No landscapes/views All in all, my mom and her partner enjoyed their relaxing stay there! If you are conscious about yourself swimming in the common pool, I highly recommend getting this private pool villa to swim and enjoy yourself with a calm mind. Our 2nd time staying with The Kiri Villas and no doubt about us returning with their great service. It was my husband and son's birthday and they had graciously put up some deco to surprise them. Villa is big, clean and definitely a great place to chill and spend time with your loved ones. Looking forward to come back again for our next Phuket 永安.

Fine biz hotel

I stayed here for 4D3N with my partner from 17-20 Oct and here is my honest review! Pros: 1) Spacious room with HUGE circular deep soaking tub. 2) Tasteful design with arabesque inspired architecture for the Red-pool area - it looks like as it is in the picture! 3) SMART TV FTW! - Though you'll need to log in with your own netflix acc! Do remember to log out afterwards 4) Daily and HONEST housekeeping - I locked my luggage with my passport in it and foolishly left my jewellery on the vanity area but NO ONE STOLE IT and they even rearranged my stuff for me to neaten it up! 5) Helpful staff - We realised that we forgot to bring an adapter for the wall plugs and the staff kindly came to our room at night to pass it to us and kindly answered our enquiries! 6) Friendly security - We wanted to go to 7-11(3km away) at night and booked a GRAB bike but nobody was accepting us. The security offered to borrow his bike to us! 7) Quiet area - though there were sounds at night due to the upcoming religious/cultural festivals, our room was VERY soundproof. We had a great rest! 8) Although the front office closes at 6pm usually, our flight was delayed, and we only arrived there at 8pm local Phuket time. There was a friendly receptionist waiting for us! 9) Somewhat close to the airport 10) No safe in the room. Cons: 1) Slightly far away from common touristy attractions such as Old Phuket Town etc. About 30-40 minutes ride in a car. 2) No convenience stores nearby - nearest is about 1km away but the bigger one is 3km away! 3) There are lakes and pond in the mini-resort itself thus there were many mosquitoes, but that's normal given a tropical climate (: 4) No landscapes/views from our room All in all, I would definitely recommend this to anyone not on a luxurious budget but still wants that aesthetic look of a gorgeous pool. The cons I mentioned are some things that are not really controllable by the property. I especially appreciate the friendly staff that were very hospitable to us.
