大海灘度假村 (The Grand Beach Resort Port Dickson)

My first expression, when step in ,the lobby does not have many facilities, there are not many chairs to sit while waiting,u need to stand like a statue ,also bad service & Rude reception especially ****** girl 👎🏻, very bad service, very disrespectful ,not friendly staff, bad energy 👎🏻 Not many visitors still can't get a sea view, even already requested in booking,dark room, air conditioning just so so, dirty sheets,carpet,pillow,worst toilet,like a public toilet,dirty,not recommended, very disappointed,,this is VERY OLD resort like since 1970 or something , you have a free cockroach pet on the toilet paper 🤣,and a spider on the sink 🤣 ,this was our first time ever checking out in the morning,hesitated and thought far for breakfst hygiene so we passed it, not exactly the same as in the picture, below expectation, My husband is the type who likes to defecate ,he says he can't defecate here, because he feels disgusted to defecate here 🤣 a horrible experience for our family 👎🏻👎🏻🤮 🤮will not come here again, totally blocked 🚫

Overall short vacation only view je best.. Kolam keruh sbb ramai pake tshirt jeans masuk kolam...pakej ada bsh kaki kt kolam Mineral water 2 botol.. kalu esk check out kena byr rm3 1 botol 500ml tu kalu nk minum pg tu.. sy hnye mntk dua botol air mineral.. xda cofee gula semua...ada cawan n sudu je... Bath tub pecah2 n kuning2.. Dinding bilik pn ada bahagian yg pecah2 juga.. i guess mgkn asbab PKP rosak but its been 2 years after PKP.. Lift septt ada dua wings.. tp sbb semua under maintenance mmg tgl 1 je..agak jauhhhhhh nk jln ke lift another wings huhuhu

Hotel ini agak sunyi kalau pergi time weekday sangat scary untuk stay alone….lift buruk, bilik kurang penjagaan walaupun ada beberapa bilik yg telah diubah suai

服務態度和海灘🏝️真的很美，希望酒店🏨把衞生家設施設備需要完善升級，因為洗澡、馬桶🚽、洗臉水都不能足量的正常使用。

Book for 2 days, just check in around 30 minutes, immediately check out due the room condition really2 worst like nightmare. Ask another room but they said that room only available. Need to check out and find another hotel. Really not recommended. Like haunted hotel

The worst hotel ever. You come for holiday, travel through the traffic jammed, when arrived they said the room is not ready. Can you imagine how frustrated are we. We so tired with the journey but ended up need to wait again with the baby. I’m so disappointed with the hotel. We book the hotel a week before, how come the room is not ready ? The first and last. Other than that everything is acceptable.

Just comfort with 2 people, room and , toilet was clean and fully furnished and easy to used, staff with good communication and give full info from from how to take a key till we checking out, place just central of attraction.

Pantai bersih. Ada swimming pool besar. Receiptionist peramah dan mesra serta sangat-sangat membantu. Bilik boleh la daripada takde kan. Walaupun nampak bangunan lama tapi selesa. Ni kali ketiga dah duduk di hotel Grand Beach Resort sebab pantai bersih tak kotor dan tak crowded. Kedai makan pun senang nak dapat. Cuma kalau boleh bilik tu kena touch up sikit mesti lagi wow. Cat dinding warna pink macam tak sesuai. Btw everything semua bagus.

浴缸裏竟然有好幾衹蟑螂，就能想象多久沒打掃，那個地方有多臟，衞生真是糟糕，床、桌子也不乾淨。前台態度冷漠，並且業務不熟練，要求換房間，前台説酒店全預訂滿了，可以讓人給我去打掃。打掃的人打掃時也很怕的樣子。房間也很簡陋，感覺花了這麼多錢，房間比廉價房間都糟糕，跟酒店的外觀一點不一致。太可怕！再也不會去了！
