Dissapointed hotel receptionist and managemnt ever! I've been traveled so many places and hotel. But this is Horrible experienced! I had to wait more than hour because the receptionist gives my room to another guest by mistake. the worst part is they told me they didnt recieved my booking from 永安 under my name and blame a 永安. I've to show all the proof i had. finally, they call the 永安 service and found my booking. The hotel receptionist mistakely change my surname with another guest. What makes me so dissapointed was.. i didnt get any apology.

Bersih , kemas , selesa . Recommended for budget hotel and for those that have kids . Location very strategic , just walking distance to beach and you can shopping at Teluk Kemang 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The room is spacious for my family and aircond is cold.It also clean and i also bring toto for my 3kids to sleep.Since i check out late the hotel charged rm30/h start after 12.30pn till 6pm, after 6pm u must paid for 1day.The receptionist also polite,helpful and cooperative.I definitely come back here in future since it only 1-2min from beach,the restaurant also nearby u can walk only.

- Hotel located near to Teluk Kemang Port Dickson only walking distance to the beach - Hotel Parking is share with the restaurant in front of the hotel - Hotel lobby was small - The lift is not functioning well, when we press to go down its no working - the Room is nice and comfortable - Toilet as you can see is unacceptable, toilet bowl not clean and tiles broken. - Price is around RM200+ during weekend. Not worth for me due to the toilet condition.

Good location,just 2 min walk to teluk kemang beach with lots of gerai and activities by the beach. Cold Aircond, high pressure water heater, big screen tv and new furniture. Easy access to lots of restaurant -selera kubu,marrybrown,ayam panggang pasu viral,asam pedas

Bad experience with the hotel. Arrived at hotel around 5PM for check in and heard other customer conversation that they room supposed to be deluxe but got superior instead. Mine also deluxe with twins bed. Enter the room and feel really small not like the picture and then lodged a complaint at lobby. The assistant manager clearly lie in front of my face said that the room is deluxe room, although the picture in the website looks different. Then the manager come and give another room, an actual deluxe room but with queen’s bed. I guessed what in that assistance mind is why apologies if you can lie🤦🏻‍♂️ Aside from great location which only 2 minutes walk to teluk kemang beach, there’s nothing good for this hotel. Even the bathroom also got white stain on the floor. Really bad experiences here

Parking is limited. The other side of parking is the restaurant's and is the stony and muddy ground type. The hotel is walking distance to Telok Kemang beach which is great. The lobby and lifts are not well kept. Only 1lift working. However, the room's interior was excellent: clean, new and well kept.
