Friendly staff, comfotable bed, good room radiator, free WiFi and parking, good location and amenities I enjoyed my night stay. Few negative points- Painting on the wall was worn out/falling off-needs renovation of the room TV screen was small Bit noisy because of busy road beside it

Very nice clean hotel would definitely stay there again. It was also nice getting a free upgrade on the room. Witch had kettle, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The room was like your own flat. Only down side to it was the shower was pretty crap. But you can put up with it for few nights.

Just bath and no shower. Feels like home but nothing like a modern hotel. Basic amenities. Spacious room. Cute little place with free parking. There are food places around. Was stuck in Reading for the night and saw this was close by and price was right..
