The hotel was very pleasant to stay. The breakfast class good enough. Within 10 mins walk, you can get to shopping and bus stops.

They gave us a room for people with disabilities that was flooding and the response to our complaint was to place a towel on the floor, we asked to change our room and the manager told us that it was what we had reserved and that she would willingly do so. the change. We never reserve a room for people with disabilities. In the new room the toilet was covered and despite numerous complaints it was never unclogged, we had to use the bathroom located in the hotel lobby. I could describe numerous other defects in the room but it was too much, incredible for a chain like Radisson.

Todo estuvo muy bien, es segunda vez que me alojo en menos de 10 meses. Es un hotel bien ubicado, a 2 cuadras de Av. Das Americas y como a 6 de Av. Lucio Costa (playa). Es moderno, limpio y con habitaciones de tamaño medio a grande, me gustan sus ventanas amplias. Todos los días pasaban a limpiar la habitación. El desayuno buffet es bueno y los comedores son amplios y con ventanales hacia la calle Evandro lins e Silva. No tuve ningún problema en mi estadía, de ninguna naturaleza, en consecuencia, si vuelvo a ir a Río es probable que que aloje ahí.

Hospedagem com ótimas instalações e destaque para o atendimento na área do bar da piscina e café da manhã, porém fiquei um pouco frustrado pela falta de atenção. Devido alta demanda da recepção deixei um bilhete com um atendente informando que era aniversário do meu filho e perguntando se havia alguma política para aniversariante, porém a data passou despercebida no hotel e não fui respondido. Normalmente nos hotéis da rede Accor sempre somos surpreendidos nessas ocasiões.
