The stat was obnoxious at many levels. After checking in, we discovered the air vent of our room was making an engine like sound with the walls vibrating so we asked the concierge to arrange a change of room for us. The concierge gave us new keys for another room. Upon arriving at the door of the room, we discovered that the room that the concierge told us to go to was already occupied. We went to ask them again and they said they realised just now so we wasted a lot often time running around the place. Then when we eventually settled in another room, we discovered that half of the sockets don't work. The most fascinating thing was that we received a call from the concierge in the morning on the second day, the staff asked if we need the maintenance guy to come check out the leakage. We did not report any leakage and apparently they knew there was a leakage in the room prior to us checking into the room, should they not have fixed the problem before checking guests into the room? The hotel failed on so many levels.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and I like the location and the room service but when it comes to the check in employees I feel like they can be a bit more welcoming. Not the fist time were encountering issues with mismanaging rooms, keys and its with an attitude. Not all the front desk employees but a few for sure.

음식은 별로구요, 서비스는 좋아요. 복도부터 방까지 너무 길어서 절대로 가까운방을 달라고 얘기해야합니다. 주차시설은 왜 돈을 받는지 모르게 한산합니다. 객실에 수도관이 터져있을 수 있으니 꼭 확인하시길 바랍니다.

1. Parking lot is a bit far from the hotel. (Even normal reservation guest must more far from the hotel entrance. When we are parking, valet staff notice us Move to other site…hahaha) 2. The staff is not professional. Card machine is broken. We have to wait for approval. No comment about Hotel guide except elevator location. 3. The room is very old condition. Toilet is too small and The bathtub is yellow colored….. 4. No boiler in the room but coffee machine without capsule. Ask for boiler to having some tea and The staff said they don’t have any boiler and we need to going down first floor and bring hot water on the Bar by myself(…..?????????????????) No recommend stay here. Really really regret staying here.
