나름 조용하고 관리가 잘 된듯 하며 객실도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 아침 조식은 4.5성급 호텔 수준에 비해 쪼금 부족한 듯 했지만 전체적으로 만족 했습니다.

The hotel is great for families and groups. Nice swimming pool and breakfast has lots of options but the taste was just OK, nothing special. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you are looking for convenience maybe choose a different hotel.

Love the service and everything. Good breakfast buffet and nice pool. Loved atmosphere there and extended our stay. Wi fi was bit low in the rooms, hope they will improve it. Close to pub street and everything. Called tuk tuk and costed 3 dollars.

一定不要去，“一定請避雷”。酒店為了賺錢，把酒店中間的空場租出去了辦活動。賺錢不要緊，晚上活動結束就沒問題。結果。。。。活動一直到夜裡12:40才結束，活動搭了舞台，舞台上不停的有歌手唱歌，一會搖滾，一會民族唱法。屋裡把窗戶關上，門關上，聲音依舊比電視開到最大聲還響。根本睡不着！給前台打電話投訴，一直敷衍，10點半説11點結束，11點説11點半結束。。。一直踢皮球。太可怕了。完全刷新了我的底線。這酒店聽説經常會辦這種活動。 該説不説，酒店房間設施，環境和餐廳還是不錯的。不過下線實在太低了。

Really lovely and serene hotel. The staff were lovely and after a bit of a delay coming out of the airport it was a delight to be picked up by Srun who was super friendly. He took us to go and get SIM cards in town which saved us a lot of hassle. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful all the time and helped arrange a car to take us onto our next destination. The facilities and pool are great and the breakfast buffet had a huge range of tasty options. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. I’d definitely stay there again!

酒店很美，前台服務人員很熱情，有自己的嘟嘟車去哪裡都很方便，而且按摩師也非常專業，下次來暹粒還會選擇白蓮花。

的確地理位置優越，每個房間都有個陽台，很安靜，也很漂亮，服務也很不錯。泳池很大，餐廳也不錯。但酒店設施看上去太老了，其實也就2014年開業的，設備怎麼可以老化得着這麼快。冰箱看上去有20年了，鏡子也模糊不清，泳池的邊緣沒有貼瓷磚，每次碰到都會硌着。酒店的網絡很差，無法支撐流暢的視頻電話，覆蓋面也不全。

Wonderful resort with colonial charm and perfect service. We spent 3 nights and felt like in heaven. Beautiful, big pool, surrounded by tropical gardens. It was our second visit and we will certainly come back.
