打掃實在需要改進。浴缸裏有上一個人的頭髮，還有發黃的水漬。説明浴缸沒有清潔。房內都是iPad控制。要説的是前台的人很人性化，服務是不錯的。樓頂的泳池不大。看看風景可以，但是邊上的燒烤味實在大。還是白天上樓好。吃飯和交通是很方便的。如果酒店是五星，那我覺得達不到標準。

Thank you Mr Andy Low for making our staycation a very memorable one. Had a great birthday celebration with my wife. Thanks to him for the arrangement to surprise my wife. Overall, a good location of the hotel and nice VIP suite.

Booked So Lofty Room with Breakfast and dinner provided. We arrived at 3PM to check in but the room was not ready yet. As a result, the receptionist had given us a white wine as a welcome drink and we waited for 20mins. The room was spacious and comfortable. We booked this room for the bathtub and we were not disappointed. Food wise it was very good for the dinner as well as the breakfast. There is not a lot of variety but quality of food is above average. On the check-out day we had requested for extended check-out and were given until 2pm. Overall, a pleasant stay with good food and services.

The hotel is low rise building, highest floor for rooms is 5th fl. The room is quite small and old. Need renovation seriously. Cleaning need some improvement. I paid approx SG$440/night for a room with no view (facing opposite building closly). Expected more for the price I paid. Only good thing was their service. Their service are more than expectation. All mini bar are free and welcome drinks are alcoholic drinks included. Close to bus stop and MRT. Short walk to China town. Food market and convenient stores are right next to the hotel. But it comes with kind of dirty environment.

Called hotel to tell it’s a bday celebration, they didnt ask for my booking number, just told me there will be no decoration provided. But during my stay, I saw they prepared bday cake for another guest. The bathtub drain stopper was spoilt, could not drain water. Handyman came n fixed. Then we found out the flush of toilet also spoilt, handyman came n fixed again. The bathrobes was torn. I do not think this hotel fits for a 5 stars rating. The only good thing is the hotel concierge is very friendly and polite.

A very lovely hotel! Love the hotel and room decoration. It’s also conveniently located next to lau pa sat with many great food. The hotel had a nice smell too. Swimming pool is next to the alfresco bar which has a great vibe. There’s cable provided to charge your phone. There’s a tablet to control the tv selection and room lights. Was impressed with the automatic curtain which closes when u select movies on the tv. The tv comes with some Netflix content and other movies selection.

Enjoyed my first-time stay here. Staff are professional and courteous. There’s a nice pool with a good view of the CBD. Room is pretty and comfortable, with complimentary mini bar. Hotel is next to the bustling Lau Pa Sat and Satay Street, but there’s no issue with noise as the soundproofing of the rooms is good.

Great location. However the hotel was super understaffed. I tried to call the hotel before my stay, no one ever picked up the phone. when I reached the hotel, I noticed that only 1 guy standing at the front desk and he needed to help guests check in and take room service orders. He was attentive though. The cosy room is tiny, you can hardly open your suitcase if you have a large one. As the hotel building is quite old, the amenities are dated. We needed to change the room two times. The first room smells mouldy and the sink didn’t drain in the 2nd one.

Nice room with high ceiling. Though they delivered the cake in the evening instead of after my dinner as per my email, I was accorded 4pm LCO to make up for it. The checkin receptionist was friendly & approachable.
