安沃酒店 (Hotel Airone)

本來是很開心的旅程，可是酒店卻分配給了我無WI-FI信號的No.16房間入住，預訂訊息清楚的寫到有WI-FI，然後去酒店前台溝通無人處理，和平台溝通也是無人解決這個問題，導致我自己購買了大量流量數據提供自己使用。 這次體驗感極差。雖然很感謝平台積極的回覆我的訊息和練習酒店提供處理方式，但是酒店的服務幾乎是0， 衹是嘴上説處理 無任何實際行動。氣昏。

就在威尼斯最核心景區

確實差一些，不過好在便宜，位置還不錯👌

El hotel queda en frente de la estación Santa Lucía, la zona es en plena entrada. El check-in y el check-out se hicieron con otro hotel a 15m. El desayuno (si es que optas por esa opción, también es con otro hotel llamado “walter” que se encuentra a 20m) El hotel es antiguo, por lo que todas las instalaciones son algo “raras”. En la habitación solo está la cama, un armario, y un grifo para lav****. Si deseas ir hacer necesidades, tienes que salir de la habitación e ir a los “toilettes” que se comparte que el resto de huéspedes así como la única ducha que hay. En la descripción del hotel no especifica esos detalles.

This hotel was godawful. I will start with the worst part - I got 16 mosquito bites while sleeping that made me itchy and ruined all of my photos for the rest of the 永安. There are mosquitos EVERYWHERE - the bathroom, the shower, the bedrooms. The other worst thing is that there was construction in the neighboring rooms which means 1) there was no running water when we arrived 2) the NOISE and 3) there was dust and dirt everywhere from the construction. Okay moving on from the worst things. Firstly, there are no bathrooms in the lobby so you have to go outside to get to the bathroom, which is connected to the breakfast room, so it's so awkward if you are checking in. The "luggage storage" just means that you can leave your luggage unattended in a hallway - there is no security. Now for the room itself. I know this is common, but the bed was two twin beds pushed together, so we ended up with LITERALLY a foot gap between the two of us. And finally, the breakfast was awful. Truly awful. Do not show up expecting to use the free breakfast as your actual breakfast if you want something filling, healthy, or tasty.

ヨーロッパ周遊のヴェネチア滯在にて宿泊しました。ヴェネチアサンタルチーア駅から橋を渡り徒歩3分弱と非常にアクセスの良い場所にあります。サンマルコ広場、リアルト橋にも歩いて行くことができます。部屋は綺麗でした。クーラーはありませんが、冷風機があるため暑苦しさを感じることはありませんでした。一方、トイレとシャワーが共用で、シャワーはひとつしかなかったため、時間によっては混み合います。

The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and helpful but the air condition was bad because of working loud. The location is good in the entry of Venice. Another thing that check-in time was so late about 13-14:00 pm. I think it should be change

お風呂とトイレが共同だったのと、汚かった。 シーツとかは綺麗だったけど、部屋のクーラーは備え付けじゃなくて、窓に穴開けた空気清浄機的なので蟲が入ってきてやだった笑

Great location, worth for price, variety menu for breakfast and an authentic venetian interior design. Highly recommended!

Llegamos y la calefacción estaba a tope. Sin más la luz del baño se apagó y no iban ni los enchufes. Tuvimos que ir a decirlo a recepción que además estaba en otro edificio.
