維也納萬豪酒店（Vienna Marriott Hotel）位置優，離中央車站走路即可到達。房間乾淨、服務人員親切，房間內沒有浴缸比較可惜。下次到訪維也納還會考慮再次入住。

酒店地理位置得天獨厚，距離主要景點均在可步行的範圍內。打車出行也很方便，適合帶着小孩入住。就是酒店早餐不太豐盛。總體值得推薦。

酒店位置很好，到附近景點基本都是走路5到10分鐘。酒店樓下2分鐘有一家新四川中餐館很好吃。房間很乾凈，不過打掃服務有些不足，第一天13點入住剛躺下門就被服務員直接打開了。

I travelled to many countries, this hotel gave me very bad experiences. Service are bad. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again.

5star for the staff for the luggage!!!!!! But not for the people in the front desk. Because it delay and even didn’t finish the check in (black hair girl) and past to the other person 😅 酒店整體挺好的特別是拿行李的那些人!!!!!!真的超好!就是前台入住遲了半小時 還說房間整理好了會通知我結果沒有通知我就換班了 除了黑色頭髮馬尾的女孩其他人都很好 順帶一提第一次見一個酒店拿餐具到房間需要收取5€🥹

Schon beim Aussteigen aus dem Taxi fühlt man sich willkommen! Vom Türsteher, zur Rezeption, das Restaurant Service und bis zum auschecken hat alles einwandfrei geklappt! Die Zimmer Stadtparkseitig sind durch d Lärmschutz sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht ist top! Vielen Dank!

CheckIn ist extrem umständlich, fehlerhaft (wir sind nicht aus Shanghai, sondern aus St.Pölten). Die notwendige SelbstEingabe der persönlichen Daten via MiniMinischrift-iPad ist eine Zumutung. Lange Wartezeit! Offenbar liebe Stammgäste (RedBull auf der Jacke) dürfen sich vordrängen und werden hoffiert. CheckOut ist ebenso umständlich; fehlerhaft (MiniBar wurde nicht automatisch übernommen, MA kennt daher keine Preise). Wartezeit! In der HotelBar war unser Zimmer als unbewohnt bekannt, trotz VorausZahlung von 50% der Logis mit Bankomat beim CheckIn für interne Konsumationen. Die gesamte Software ist ein Schmarrn! Ein sehr langsamer Schmarrn. Zimmer ist zu klein für diese Kategorie und war saukalt - Temperatur nicht verstellbar. Danke für den Schnupfen!!! Lage und Sauberkeit sind echt OK! Das Frühstück ist eine Sensation! Kommen lieber nicht wieder...
