Utterly disappointed with the hotel. Other than the location that was really good, I did not expect a 4-star hotel that came with practically NO amenity in the room for me, and extremely poor service. 1. While I ustd that earlier check-in is subject to availability, at the very least the service staff could inform the housekeeping that there was someone waiting for earlier check-in, and check with them if they could release a room earlier for me. Instead, I was asked to come back to check at the front desk ‘every now and then’ to see if a room was available. 2. When I called for room slippers since it wasn’t made available, the housekeeper came with the slippers knocking on the door. Before I gotta open the door, he opened the door himself to enter my room! Thankfully I was ready to receive him, but that was quite a shock. Disappointing.

Perfect hotel for business 永安! The room is very clean and modern, with nice bathtub. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Would be nice to have a hair conditioner in the bathroom, now there is only shower gel and shampoo. Anyway, I’m sure I’ll be back.
